Talk To Me (Orjan Nilsen Remix) + (Activa Pres. Solar Movement Remix)

Massive massive remix by Orjan Nilsen of John O'Callaghan + Timmy & Tommy's "Talk To Me".
2011's tune of the year! No idea as to why I haven't posted this already!

The original was always a personal favourite as I would always use that buzz saw synth when making tracks on fruityloops (which I plan on getting back into. Miss the studio life).

Here is Activa Pres. Solar Movement's Remix

Melodic Match Volume 01

It's quite fascinating when you find two songs with similar chords and progression. Even though they are in totally different genres (one is progressive house, the other progressive trance) and utilize a plethora of different techniques, it's cool when you can hear a similar melody. Perhaps I'll make a mashup one of these days (I've been saying this for ages!). Anywho, this will probably be the start of something of that sort. Here are the first two "mashup" worthy tracks lol.

Lost In You (Boom Jinx Remix)

It appears that Boom Jinx has finally gotten around to finishing his remix of Dusky's track "Lost In You" featuring Janai. And might I add, it's incredible!

Hopefully we will get an official release once his upcoming album debuts in the next few months, however it is on Ministry of Sound's: Chilled House Session 4 compilation.

Boom Jinx (real name Øistein Johan Eide) is a music producer, composer, audio technician, sound designer and DJ hailing from Norway.
Here is the original for those wanting to juxtapose sounds.

Dusky is an electronic music duo from London consisting of Alfie Granger-Howell and Nick Harriman. Formed in 2011, they have released on labels such Anjunadeep, Simple Records, Dogmatik Records, Aus Music and Naked Naked, before setting up their own label 17 Steps in July 2014 with the release of the Love Taking Over EP.
I've got em' on repeat. Keep on spinnin'

I Can't Understand

Ain't nothing like some delicious house. Chocolate Puma dished out something special with "I Can't Understand".

Zki & Dobre, known by many aliases, but currently most well known as Chocolate Puma (alternatively as The Good Men and as The Goodmen), are a Dutch house music duo from Haarlem, Netherlands.

Enjoyeth!

Deep In My Heart

A beautiful recording from Denis Kenzo feat the vocals of Sveta B. This was previously the tune of the week on A State Of Trance (683).

Melodic breaks followed by euphoric reverbed guitar rifts really set this one apart from many others.

I myself enjoy a tune which can pick you up, calm you down and then push that intensity back up again. Excellent background driving music!

Lookout for the official release via Armind soon.

Fantasy

Everything about this is on point. Vocals, Beat, Progression, Vibe. The feel is unreal!

I really do feel as if I'm whisked away to another place. It's amazing as I had just stumbled upon this masterpiece!

As always, enjoy responsibly... with a heavy dosage of bass.

Switching things up a bit and slowing things down. Enjoy this chilled out tune from Skye Chai.

Zebra (Nuera Remix)

Out of the vault comes a fairly older, yet mind bending remix from Nuera.

Joe Garrett (born 24 October 1986), better known by his stage name Temple One, is an English trance DJ and music producer with a string of successful releases on Enhanced Music, Armada Music and Flashover Recordings.

Temple One's "Zebra" combines a slow progression of synths and pop kicks to a climax of big room sound. Nuera took an already astounding song and turned it into his very own example of perfection.

Released back on 03/21/2011 via Enhanced Recordings, Zebra is still going strong. This is the true sound of Trance Energy.

Definitely a personal fave. Keep on spinnin'
